Barbecue 101

Sunday, April 14th

Join us for a 4-hour class Sunday, April 14th during which Ryan of The Smoked Culture BBQ and Brews will guide you step-by-step through his process for smoked brisket and pulled pork. You will receive a 3 meat platter with 2 sides, 3 complimentary drinks, a souvenir glass, and a Smoked Culture sticker. Ryan will guide you in sourcing high-quality meats, detailing the process of trimming and seasoning them, and demonstrating the correct technique for cutting each meat once it has been smoked to perfection. - covering every aspect.


Issac, who is an experienced beer tender with a deep understanding of flavor profiles and brewing techniques, will expertly curate beer pairings to complement each stage of this BBQ + beer adventure.

Class is 11am to 3pm with plenty of time allotted for Q&A.

ADMISSION is $175 + tax.
